This Zero Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") is established by Birbal™ AI ("we," "our," or "us") and governs the terms and conditions related to the refund and cancellation of purchases made on DoBirbal.com ("Platform"). By accessing and using our services, you ("User," "Customer," or "Subscriber") agree to the terms of this Policy. Please read this Policy carefully before making any purchases.
1. General Terms
1.1 Binding Agreement: By purchasing any products or services from Birbal™ AI through DoBirbal.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy, in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1.2 Non-Negotiability: This Policy applies to all purchases, including but not limited to subscriptions, one-time services, digital products, and other offerings provided by Birbal™ AI. The terms of this Policy are non-negotiable and apply uniformly to all users and customers.
2. No Refunds
2.1 All Sales Final: All sales made on DoBirbal.com are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to, fees paid for subscriptions, software licenses, digital products, upgrades, add-ons, and any other service or product provided by Birbal™ AI.
2.2 No Refunds on Digital Goods and Services: Due to the nature of digital goods and services, which are delivered immediately upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds once the transaction has been completed. Users are strongly encouraged to thoroughly evaluate our offerings before making a purchase.
2.3 No Refunds on Unused Services: We do not provide refunds for unused services or partial use of subscriptions. If you choose not to use the services provided or fail to utilize them fully, no refund or credit will be issued.
3. No Cancellations
3.1 Subscription Commitment: By purchasing a subscription service from Birbal™ AI, you commit to the full term of the subscription. Once a subscription has been activated, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided for any remaining period.
3.2 Auto-Renewal: Many of our subscription services are set to auto-renew at the end of the subscription term. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription settings, including turning off auto-renewal if you do not wish to continue the service. If auto-renewal is not disabled before the renewal date, the subscription will renew automatically, and the associated fees will be charged. No refunds will be provided for auto-renewed subscriptions.
3.3 Non-Cancellation of One-Time Purchases: One-time purchases, including software licenses and digital products, cannot be canceled once the transaction is complete. All such sales are final and non-refundable.
4. Exceptions to the Policy
4.1 Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen and extraordinary circumstances may arise. Requests for exceptions to this Policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Birbal™ AI. However, approval of such requests is extremely rare and should not be expected as a right.
4.2 Submission of Exception Requests: If you believe your situation warrants an exception, you must submit a written request to our support team at support@dobirbal.com within 2 days of the purchase. The request must include the reason for the exception and any supporting documentation. Birbal™ AI reserves the right to request additional information or documentation before deciding.
4.3 Final Decision: All decisions regarding refund and cancellation requests are final and non-appealable.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 No Liability for Losses: Birbal™ AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
5.2 Legal Remedies: Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to discontinue the use of those services. This limitation of liability applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

6.1 Governing Law: This Policy shall be governed by and construed following the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
6.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
